Through my involvement in the Black Country Creative Advantage project I’ve met landscape architect and artist, Heather Ring. She’s been involved in organising the Union Street Urban Orchard, a temporary installation over summer 2010, on the South Bank that has hosted gigs, meals, film showing and much more. Take a look at the project website. Sadly the trees have now gone but it seems the project has plenty of Legacy.
